Our idea

A contemporary pizzeria, from Caserta.

Pizz'Art was born in Caserta as a contemporary pizzeria that puts the quality of the dough and respect for Campania's raw materials at the center of everything.

Behind every pizza there are hours of long fermentation, selected flours and a short supply chain that starts with local farmers and dairies. Every ingredient — from San Marzano DOP tomatoes to Campania buffalo mozzarella, from black Casertan pork charcuterie to garden vegetables — is chosen one by one, every day.

The result is a living menu that changes with the seasons and tells the story of Caserta to whoever sits at our table.

Long fermentations, dough resting, wood-fired oven. Nothing is fast — everything is better.

Short Campania supply chain. We know by name the people who supply us with mozzarella, cured meats, vegetables.
